One of the reasons we were given here in the UK for the stupidity of brexit was that we could chose the colour of our passports, as EU countries must have burgundy passports. Thats rubbish, Croatia is an EU member, but has a blue passport ! Odd thing too, the government here didnt award the contract to produce the new UK non EU passports to British company, De La Rue, but to Franco - Dutch company, Gemalto, who produce the new UK passports in their factory in Tczew, Poland !
What about an Algerian passport? Does it have secrets and specifications? Why is an Algerian passport not a powerful, and why is it a weak and hard to travel around the world? Why do Algerian citizens need a visa to travel around the world and why they aren't exempted from visas of Turkey, Indonesia, Schengen, etc? Does the Algerian passport need to be redesigned and change its color?
Because the Algerian government does not want reciprocal visa-free agreements. My government would like to have a visa-free agreement with Algeria but will not go with a unilateral visa-free regime for the Algerians.

The problem or reason de la rue didn't get the contract was because they thought they could rip off the British public by quoting a higher price 😂😂😂😂😂
