I sing constantly in my apartments, never had complaints. All my neighbors know my number incase and when I see them outside I ask and they always say it's not a problem. So I think for one depeon how thin the walls are and how your neighbors are
I paid to see you and Struggle, as long as you kept the singing to reasonable hours, I wouldn't mind, lol. I listen to music all day anyway, why not get a free live concert in my home from one of my favorites. Keep kicking ass!
