Anukriti your explanation was quite helpful. I'd like to share my hair fall story as well. After COVID-19, I experienced severe hair loss, with 140-170 strands falling out daily. Despite trying several serums, oils, capsules, and gummies, I saw no improvement. However, after conducting extensive research, I made some changes. First, I adjusted my diet by adding more protein-rich foods while decreasing my intake of white flour and sugar. Second, I incorporated warm-up exercises to increase blood flow. Finally, I switched to Littleextra Cocoonion Natural shampoo and Hair oil for hair fall control, eliminating all chemical hair products. By following these measures, I now lose no more than 10-15 strands of hair daily, which is normal. I strongly recommend others experiencing excessive hair loss to try these methods.

2. Oil ur hair regularly
3. Use mild shampoo
4. Use t shirt for drying and gently tap
5. Don't comb wet hair
6. Do a deep conditionering
7. Conditioner on length
8. Don't tie wet hair
9. Detangle before wash
10. Sleep with a braid
11. Wear loose hairstyle
12. Drink water

Hey sweetie Sunsilk is good shampoo. Use mask once in a week. When using mask don’t use conditioner that day. But use conditioner regularly. It controls frizz and dryness in hair . Hope this helps 😊❤️

Hi, I don't know what doctor advises for hair oiling. But to my experience, if I dont oil my hair before wash. They become more brittle, dry and rough after washing and more hairfall. Beacuse dry hair damage jaldi hote hai. So, I prefer to oil and comb my hair before wash for less hair fall. Hope this helps😊
