By the way I have also changed my diet drastically and I have now been Vegan for the past 9 months. This has been a great journey and I’m loving it.

Thokoza Mkhulu. I am currently on a week’s fast from 14 Dec to 21 Dec to welcome the Summer Solstice. My Ancestors are definitely talking to me through you Mkhulu by this video. The Universe has been talking to me in many ways during this fast about the same message you are sharing Mkhulu. I have also learnt from you Mkhulu about our prayer times and I have aligned myself accordingly. I talk to the Creator and the Ancestors Emsamo at most of these times (06h00, 12h00, 15h00, 18h00, 00h00, 03h00) whenever I fast. I have been fasting every Wednesday and half a day everyday for the past 9 months and i have only started combining my fasts with talking to my Ancestors emsamo at these times you have taught me from the past two months. I have also learnt to call upon the Ancestors of Afrika emsamo as well. My life has changed drastically in the past nine months through your teachings, King Bhungane’s teachings, Gogo Rutendo’s teachings, Zulumathabo Zulu’s teachings, Bishop Joshua Maponga’s teachings, Baba Heru’s teachings, Prof James Smalls teachings, Mfundishi Jhutyms teachings, Prof Kaba Kamene’s teachings and others. I am currently reading Spirituality Before Religions by Prof Kaba Kamene and I’m loving it. Makwande Mkhulu, I am only sharing my personal experiences in this platform with you to show that we are listening and implementing the knowledge and wisdom you are teaching us. Siyabonga Mkhulu kakhulu...continue doing the great job you are doing and May the Creator and Ancestors guide and protect you through all Ages. 🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for sharing. It was guidance I needed.
My system has slowly been rejecting meat(I am still forcing), my system has rejected diary milk, now trying plant based milk.
If there is one thing I am avoiding is to become a vegan; I personally feel if I say I'm a vegan I am limiting myself, putting myself in the "box" I've been freed from(box of religion).
So I want to be led regarding my diet.
Thank you for for enlightening me with your journey.
@@lakongolaise7837 pleasure, I’m only using the term “Vegan” for people to understand me easily. I’m actually on an alkaline iron plant based diet accompanied by Afrikan herbs. By the way, it’s no longer about diet only for me. I have also changed from poisoners body lotions to Coconut Oil. Remember our skin is the largest organ of our body and we breath through it and we also consume whatever we put on it. 2021 I’m dealing with my clothing. We are wearing poisonous materials. I’m looking at life giving clothing materials like hemp. I’m busy researching other life giving clothing materials. Our houses also are made of poisonous materials (chemicals from bricks, cement, paint, etc). Our Ancestors built live houses that are part of the environment (they used cow dung and soil or stones as bricks and grass for the roof). Our Ancient Afrikan Ancestors ate live food (plant based diet), they drank live water (natural spring water), they wore live clothes (hemp, etc), those who smoked, smoked life (Cannabis not tar and nicotine), they lived in live houses. They did not eat death, drink death, wear death, smoke death and live in death. Decolonizing ourselves means changing everything about ourselves. Good luck with your journey...it’s really a beautiful life changing experience.
What book would you recommend for someone who is just beginning their journey?
@mzansi vids Stolen Legacy by George G James. It’s a short book that is well written and easy to read.
