There needs to be more policies and laws regarding mass gatherings like concerts. Too many crimes happen in big crowds like that, and when you add alcohol into the mix, it’s a disaster waiting to happen. I don’t think any artist or band should be held responsible; the liability should be on the venue staff. There is an argument to be made “if the artist wasn’t there none of this would happen” but at the same time they are there for entertaining and can’t have the burden of making sure thousands of people are safe. I do agree with what you said though but I don’t think location has anything to do with it
