I have moved back home with our 2 boys to be with MY support system. and ALL is well! The kids miss their father, of courses, but they are alot happier not being in a TOXIC environment! things got ALOT worse after the show and being home with REAL FAMILY has proven to be better for me and the kids! I love because Judge Toler always keep it real. Children should not be neglected because the parents are calling it quits. When me and my husband separated he always called me to come and get $250 every 2 weeks on his payday. Even when we was on bad terms he always made sure that I had more than enough to take care of his son. So when he got sick I went to take care of him until he passed away.

In my case I told my children's father to leave but it didn't mean that he should relinquish his responsibility to his children but he took that as an opportunity to completely turn his back on them and to never see or support them. I feel like this was a bad judgement call. The poor woman was holding back tears by the end of it while he's smirking about every bad decision he made. She could've been more supportive, of course, but I think that most of what he did was uncalled for. The judge didn't show much sympathy for the fact that this woman was cheated on and left to take care of the child for months.
I disagree I think counselling can help them they must try this is not a girlfriend and boyfriend thing they need to both take responsibility for their actions simple. People we remember forgiveness is key in marriage none of us are perfect.

As a man I think this lady was criticized a bit to harshly. You hit the nail on the head! This is my first time disagreeing with the judge. I'm thinking that it may be possible that we, the audience, may have missed some of this case because judge Toler was very critical of her early on in the case. Then to call her foolish in her closing comments! I was caught clearly off guard and so was the wife. I give her maxxxx credit in the fact that she remained calm during that time! To me the wife seemed very unselfish in terms of her marriage and family. The husband in my opinion seemed self centered although he said he tried to get his wife out of the house. There is NO WAY in my right mind I would go 2 days without speaking to child let alone 7 or 8 months! To me, we men don't do enough family things that involve our kids. I'm still a great fan of my sister's show though!!!
I feel like I’ve learned so much from Judge Toler but she really missed the mark here. He was not a solid dude! There was more time spent talking about her on social media and her response to his foolishness than there was for his inappropriate dealings with other women & abandonment of his wife and son. How about watching it from a different angle? Put yourself in his shoes. Calls for money, impossible communication, maybe even false accusations towards his person. Enrico Neumann let's stop making excuses for deadbeats. He knew where to send the money to if he couldn't talk to the mother. He also knew her family members that he could have contacted in regards to his child if anything. HE CHANGED HIS NUMBER and left his son for a year or two or whatever they said. There are good fathers out there who go through a lot of trouble within their child's life bc of their mothers but 9x's out of ten I don't believe that those same good fathers would 1. Just up and leave states w/o their child so easily 2. Not have contact w them for weeks/months at a time 3. Not send them money. I salute the real fathers but the ones who don't want to be responsible shouldn't be handed any dismisses. I know this is old, but I was a bit suprised by Judge Lynn in this episode. she came off a bit harsh not just at the end, but through out the episode. I know the wife might not be an angel, I mean we all got some shit with us, but ol boy definitely didn't deserve a pass either. I feel like he was playing the safe side. I thought they were a nice couple and could've worked it out. The issues were workable, trust I have seen and heard worse. But this is just a short view into their life, so what do I know.
Usually Iudge Lynn would let the defendants hang themself by the character they present in the court room, then use that to gage her opionion. She didnt do that with this lady at all, Even if you think you can see it for a mile away, i dont think it was shown, that guy seemed to get alot of favouritisim and he was far from perfect.

She looked like she was trying really hard not to cry at the end. I'm sure they both made mistakes during the course of the marriage but the focus was more on hers rather than the shared responsability. He seemed to be detached during the whole show, whilst she seemed to be containing a fusion of emotions. I could see anger, hurt and loss in her. The Judge sounds like she was cheated on and chose to stay in the relationship because those closing comments to the wife were ice-cold and felt biased. I feel like this was a bad judgement call. The poor woman was holding back tears by the end of it while he's smirking about every bad decision he made. She could've been more supportive, of course, but I think that most of what he did was uncalled for. I'm thinking that it may be possible that we, the audience, may have missed some of this case because judge Toler was very critical of her early on in the case. Then to call her foolish in her closing comments! I was caught clearly off guard and so was the wife. I give her maxxxx credit in the fact that she remained calm during that time! To me the wife seemed very unselfish in terms of her marriage and family. The husband in my opinion seemed self centered although he said he tried to get his wife out of the house. There is NO WAY in my right mind I would go 2 days without speaking to child let alone 7 or 8 months! To me, we men don't do enough family things that involve our kids. I'm still a great fan of my sister's show though!!!

She looked like she was trying really hard not to cry at the end. I'm sure they both made mistakes during the course of the marriage but the focus was more on hers rather than the shared responsability.
