I'm 24 years old, I was never into romance movies. Stumbled across this when I was reading Narnia and found this. The movie struck me so much, nothing i've ever seen in most romance movies these days. Probably my favorite love story
He deserved a nomination for this film but he was also in ‘Remains of the day’ the same year so they couldn’t nominate him twice. He would have 7 Oscar nominations if he did get nominated
He says all the most beautiful things about people and the nature of human beings, he is so sexy when he says that we can be private in real life and excited by film, when it is presented in a loving way. Pornography is not welcome with him! He is such a humble man, a gentel and articulate man. We understand his true nature, and relate to it with a refreshing sense of awe!
I guess Anthony Hopkins thought it wasn't worth repeatedly telling Americans that Anthony is pronounced 'Antony' in the U.K., and he calls himself 'Tony'. He was obviously comfortable with this interview. Thank you for sharing.
Oh to drink the unstirred sweetness of life's cup of 'Joy'. Such great minute detailed characteristics of Joy's some what brash demeanor. Oh ....and to be so straightforwardly free as to lack the polite pleasantries of good manners!! Funny how suffering and love smooth the sharpness of mind and tongue. "Thankyou for everything my love!!!! Absolutely brilliantly written with this absence in mind. Out of the jaws of suffering and heartfelt pure love springs appreciation and gratitude. Love this movie, my all time favourite. Thanku thanku
