DON'T leave it alone. Clearly, it has had little to no parenting from the mother and has no bond yet with anything. That is why it is in the flight mode. Throw in a cuddle blanket and a safe stuffed toy. It needs contact NOW, before it matures past the early puppy stage.

All These Type of Videos with Puppies have something in common to me the puppies bark and seem to be extremely frighten normally they would trust ,… i guess the same guys that rescue them, first they hit them until they behave like this and follow by put them in abandoned houses …. i hope i am wrong

In answer that some videos are fake or whatever...I see it, that they (the ppl who post these rescues) repost videos of the same dog rescue to maximize the audience and reactions to rescues of these poor dogs...I really don't think they are staged; for if that is true It is a total scandalization of rescuing abandoned and mistreated dogs cats etc. and needs to be reported.
