Thanks so much I recently purchased a convection oven it came with a very small owner manual nothing like your information, thanks again.
Because his information is fake.
I'm using a convection oven in baking cupcakes and it's cooking very well with a dome. Just need to adjust the temperature and the time so we need to familiarize our ovens.

Whenever I make cake in convection oven it’s spoiled and doesn’t rise
Justo put aluminium foil on the top of the mold. Not at the bottom like the video shows.

I also use in convection oven but cake top layer is over cooked in black layer 170d c how to I'll correct them pls reply me🙏🙏🙏
Cause you are using a toaster oven. It's not big enough for cakes like that. You need a delonghi oven as it says it can bake cakes
Set it 20 degrees lower than recommendation
Cover with a foil when the top starts to brown. And keep checking for it usually cooks faster.
I've baked a 4 layer 6 inch cake in my convection oven and it was super light and moist. so, I'm not sure what your talking about.
