One week people in the comments are saying that the club is finished, there's no spirit, no one fights for their team mates and the family feeling is gone, the next week it's all smiles and compliments. If this has taught me one thing it's that everyone needs to stop overreacting and have some patience. Things are gonna go wrong sometimes, but the cream will always rise to the top 💪
Lefty & diggers in the middle make all the difference…. When these guys aren’t playing there’s not much there, lefty is a legend! What a player rarely plays a average game let alone a bad one, diggers exactly the same, these two run the show! #anything

Two things are and were needed there. Firstly, Don explaining the core values of the club and what anything means as that seemed to have been massively diluted over the past couple weeks/months. Secondly, stop with the negative team talks. It only breeds negativity. They’re grown men, tell them to fix up but they’re also human they’ll make mistakes and I’m they all prefer positivity as it’s proven to breed success. In the mist of wanting to be the biggest and best Sunday league team - which is understandable - some players no matter their talent just aren’t right for the core values of the club. Ex Pros and Semi Pro players can’t be what your club is built on, get a group of lads that want to be there and give 110% every week and you’ll go just as far.
Best performance in months.. If you play like that consistently you won't be beaten well played lads
