How come in other countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, South America etc have lower weight... Not genetics or anything. They just eat less. You can love your body but still realise it's not healthy

The fact that Trisha remembered the “flexed arm hang” as a part of the presidential physical fitness test amazes me. Brought me back to 1999 when I was in elementary school. I was #1 in my class out of all the girls for the flexed arm hang. I am 29 now and couldn’t do it for one second to save my life or win 1 million dollars.

I'm watching this after the whole Frenemies debacle...the last one...and this video just makes me sad. When they got along it was really fun to watch and you feel that there was genuine camaraderie between them. The tragedy of the whole thing is I don't think Trisha realizes how rare and wonderful it is to find true friendship. She completely took it for granted and squandered the gift she was given for the most petty of reasons.
