The condition IS brand new, but because the item was altered and returned it may have a slight variation to the original product. For example, I have a pair of 50/50 Stuart Weitzman boots that have a different sole (without the Stuart Weitzman on the bottom) but are otherwise perfect. I got them for less than $200 instead of $695 retail.

The only problem shopping at Nordstorm Rack online is that the inventory info is not updated timely, especially for eye wears. When you see these "good deals", orders will go through, but most likely end up with being cancelled.
I randomly found two things on separate occasions at NR that were a penny! I couldn't believe it. The first was a Rebecca Minkoff cocktail dress and the second was a watch. I can't remember the designer but it was a penny. I remember with the dress I hadn't even noticed until I went to check out and she rung it up. I was so confused and was ready to spend around $70 dollars for it. Great video and tips! I'm now looking forward to the next CTR sale.
I literally just returned fake Ugg Adirondack boots that I ordered from Nordstrom Rack online. The UGGs were missing the ‘R’ and the foil tag was clearly bootleg and there was no tag stating genuine leather, suede and sheepskin that we know all Ugg boots have. Buyer beware! Some items may be legitimately altered but some, like dem boots, are straight up fugazy.

Another tip when you see double and triple tag make them scan item almost always a penny..Stop saying damaged its called NQC that means store transfered back to distribution center then they send to rack stores...nothing is damaged Nordstrom doesnt sell damaged items at all..
