Yo this was the most complex, intricate wizard101 video I’ve ever seen. Watched it and didn’t even consume any knowledge. Ima have to rewatch this 2 more times
If this is the best way to get the pets you want, KI really needs to do something about the hatching timer. This whole thing could easily take over a month for one pet without hatching potions, which is nuts in my opinon.
Hey man, thank you for this super awesome and educational vid. Since I'm still learning pet making, I have a question if that's alright: how would one go about transferring talents from a non 2.0 pet to a 4(20) 2.0 pet? Do you have a method you could recommend?
@@Wenius thanks for the reply, but I'm not playing on the US server I'm playing on the EU one and there is a great shortage of pets there. Which is why the obvious method of using a 2.0 pet with the desired stats is not an option 😅(edit) just to clarify, there is a 4(20) pet available, but not a 2.0 pet with the desired talents
Oh wow, I sure hope pets like this are for pvp mainly because I’ve just been getting end game bodies and hoping RNG works with talents. So far it’s been working but now I have to check and see if the pets I made even are 2.0 pets. I believe the pets I made can carry me far, especially my gloomy. My gloomy has 3-4 power boosting talents and a armor pierce, I don’t think I’ll need resistance too much since I am a death and crit is enough with gear so I think apart from “mighty” I am solid.
sorry if this is a noob question but what's the point of making an iso 10 when you know which 5 talents you want on a pet and you can make an iso 5 much more easily?
Fails, even if your pet fails it won't be a common talent. It'll be something much more useful. The piercer Variant pool is a great example. 5dmg, 2 resist, 2 Pierce, Mighty. If I'm trying to make a quint damage pet and fail with proof at mega, I still have a really good pet and maybe I was gonna make a Quad proof later on. Iso 10s are really good if you want to make multiple variants of the same pool. You have to search around for 3 different pets (triple dmg double res, quint, triple dmg double pierce) while I can make all 3 from the same pool. If I can't make many variations of the pool (like an energy pet) then it'd be better to make an iso 5 (or iso 6 with 6th being socket talent). It really just depends on the situation.
Hatch with either another exclusive 4(20) with max stats (always get ur pet back) OR with a beguiled gargoyle 4(20) in the kiosk and only train the ones you get the rabbit back
Just starting to learn pets, from other games with similar pet breeding algorithms I understand most of it but, could you please explain what makes a pet 2.0?
I had copied the common pool from others who already knew the pool. If you were trying to figure it out on your own without that knowledge, you'd have to make multiple copies of the pool and manifest all 10 talents.
This still doesn’t make much sense to me. From what I understand use that frog father to see what talents you could get. Either way at the end of the day you won’t know what you get unless hatch?
This guide is good I guess but surely nobody does this. This is so insanely impossible to do within a reasonable time for anyone. Unless you are spending thousands and thousands of crowns on hatching potions to make a single complete pool it would take months.
You don't need to use crowns. Just make a noob character and hatch for free that way. This doesnt require months to make one pool, you can make pools in a fairly short time. How do you think people make pools then if surely nobody does this?
@@Wenius My guess is they hatch with others until they get lucky and get a decent pool. Making noob characters doesn't work either because you lose all your energy when transferring pets. To me it just feels like a lot of work when you can just ask around and copy a pool in a quarter of the time. As a free to play wizard, your guide would take months.
@TheProfessor You can quest to lvl 3 to replenish the energy, or just do a dungeon with an alt or friend (I know everyone can't do this) but if you are wanting to become an avid pet maker, and without spending any crowns, you surely can with the right methods. From my last comment, I meant "where do the people who originally make pets get their pets from?". Because just copying pools is one thing, making your own pool is another.
I have no Idea what you are talking about who knew you would need a lvl 400 college course to play a stupid game and make a pet you want I don't know why KI just didn't put talent jewels in for the talents you want instead of having people spend hours apon hours taining pets to have them fail at epic.
@@sn1p3s29 you make another character transfer your pet to that noob character, your energy will deplete, but you level up once and by leveling up your energy refils

But finally a guide on how to create a pet 👍🏽 not the copying. Huge props!

1000% agree. Why are energy elixirs 250, but hatching timer resets are 400?! So expensive for no reason
Agreed
Awesome at last a pet making guide. Very eager to try this out later on
That is some crazy dedication right there brotha kudos
Love these high quality pet hatching guides
This is insane, you're goated, thank you for this weenie
Hey thats my quint accuracy pet 🙌🏽
I have watched this so many times and it finally clicked on iso pets lol. Thanks for this been doing it all wrong. 😢

By hatching with a 4(20) pet. There are beguiled gargoyles in the kiosk that are 2.0 and have all commons.

you can make these pets for anything. pve pvp deckathlon raid etc. this is high end stuff that i dont expect a lot of people to understand
If you can't get the school hamster pet to start off, what pet should you use?
exclusive
Is there a prequel to this video? It feels like there are preliminary explanations and steps that would be helpful to understanding this video.
You should watch the entire pet playlist in order.

Hey so I do put my pet on the left side when self hatching I’m trying to get my pet body back but it’s not working
can’t I just train a 4(20) pet with a pet I want from the same pet I want to copy from the kiosk?
People still play this game? I was 12 years old when this game released. I’m now 26 lol
Yes, still going hard
Yup. I’m also 26. Came back after 6-7 years.

How do you isolate a -boon talent if the whole pool is common talents?
@coops3112 you'd need an all uncommon pool if you wanna isolate any common talents. I know there is one made but I'm not sure if it's kiosked yet
Can you explain to me how I would get my Auspicious rabbit to max stats? and all common talents? I need this before I can start right?
Hatch with either another exclusive 4(20) with max stats (always get ur pet back) OR with a beguiled gargoyle 4(20) in the kiosk and only train the ones you get the rabbit back
Thanks man!
Just starting to learn pets, from other games with similar pet breeding algorithms I understand most of it but, could you please explain what makes a pet 2.0?
A pet that is 2.0 has the current max stats of 255 strength, 250 intellect, 260 agility, 260 will, and 250 power.
@@Wenius thanks for the clarification
Me watching this and having no idea what is going on: 👀
(good video though)
thanks son
How does one learn this
I isolated an ultra-rare talent, but the rest isnt all commons. what should I do moving forward with this pet?
try to fully iso it
Not sure if stupid question but how did you know which common talents you had?
