    Can´t believe I stayed for the abs workout! Loved the little tongue-in-cheek comment at the end while walking towards the camera. I wish I had found you during COVID, but better late than never! Really enjoy the natural demeanor and commentary, so relateable and warm. Feel like I¨m working out with a friend rather than a exercise diva like so many in this exercise world.

    I’m doing this a 2nd time and will then re-do the legs and glutes challenge. I add about 20 mins of cardio. Love your cues and educational information as well as all of the modifications.

    I just completed this with the 10 lb. weights. I had to go back and check that you were using 10 lbs. I'm definitely not as strong as you in my arms but I guess I'm getting stronger. Wow. 🙏🏼

      @@FitnesswithPJ I never use weights that I can't manage. I usually find myself going lighter than you but I was surprised to find that the 10s were about right for this exercise.

    Day 2 done, my triceps were still aching from yesterday's body weight tricep exercises, but I pushed through and boom the workout was complete. Those Ab exercises were hard going too but worth it. X

    That was the perfect pace for me today. Tough but no jumping. Missed my first day of the challenge yesterday because I was sick. This will be great for after a run.

    This was great! The first move (palms facing in curl) was difficult for me. My elbows didn't seem to care for it, but I did the best I could.

    Great workout today, what I loved most was that I wasn’t so sore from day one that I couldn’t do today’s class. I’ve taken classes before where I could barely move the next day, so I wouldn’t keep up with it. I can do this without absolutely killing my self. Thanks PJ

    Great workout as always. I am curious as to why you keep your dumbbells together when doing hammer curls. I haven't ever seen anyone do that before. I did feel like I was more stable. Thanks again.
