I’m doing this a 2nd time and will then re-do the legs and glutes challenge. I add about 20 mins of cardio. Love your cues and educational information as well as all of the modifications.
I just completed this with the 10 lb. weights. I had to go back and check that you were using 10 lbs. I'm definitely not as strong as you in my arms but I guess I'm getting stronger. Wow. 🙏🏼

Fab arm workout! Got vertigo atm and cannot do mat work so subbed in some reverse flys and tricep dips. Then finished by subbing in your Standing Ab workout for second half. Thanks PJ!
Day 2 done, my triceps were still aching from yesterday's body weight tricep exercises, but I pushed through and boom the workout was complete. Those Ab exercises were hard going too but worth it. X

Great workout today, what I loved most was that I wasn’t so sore from day one that I couldn’t do today’s class. I’ve taken classes before where I could barely move the next day, so I wouldn’t keep up with it. I can do this without absolutely killing my self. Thanks PJ

This was great! The first move (palms facing in curl) was difficult for me. My elbows didn't seem to care for it, but I did the best I could.
