I just pushed the washer onto an uncut funnel to stretch it out enough, then put it over the threads. Didn't have to ruin a funnel.
Yeah that could work too. Just didn’t know how quickly it would shrink back down. The funnel actually works better than it ever has now with the bigger opening.

@@jwsbackyard6413 I can’t find you on there but I have a 6.5 HP Tecumseh engine on my yerf dog go cart I was just wondering what mods I could do to it like high flow intake but I can only find for predator will they fit pretty similar
No the exhaust flange and intake are different than the predators. They make an adapter for the tecumseh that you can get at places like gopowersports or ombwarehouse so that you can use a cone filter. I haven’t messed with the tecumseh much as everything else I have is a 212. Have just done intake, exhaust and governor removal on the tecumseh.
