They really need to nerf Bork cause it's way too strong on people with multi hit abilities that proc on hit like renekton, bel'veth, pantheon, and it's really strong in general on anyone who has decent attack speed

Shit all they'd need to do is nerf the max health damage. Just make it 6-9%, maybe even make it scale with level from 6% to 9%. And remove the magic damage and movement speed no reason it should have two passives.

It will give u more dmg than any reaver or collector. 5% hp execution is not that useful and to be honest, to me, seems that this is actually lower than 5%. It maybe might be good with some champ with dark harvest rune, but even than IE will deal more dmg, because U need to get enemy below 5% hp in the first place.
but another point is that this game numbers are not really accurate. For example Master Yi got highest base MS in whole game, but I can never outrun Yasuo without highlander, even If he does not build zeal, when we are both running, excluding Yasuo dashes with e.
