It is fantastic having this watch with LTE means you can go any where and use your watch for calls and texts. Even mobile Data. I'm in London and I left my phone in Isle of skye and still make calls with this little watch. Even when your phone is powered off. It's something like this makes it worth buying this watch. Just amazing!

I have a watch 5 pro and I seldom turn on LTE(data) as it's constantly searching for a signal. It just kills the battery. I leave BT on and wifi on. I live in an area where you have to walk a bit to get a data connection, but I use wifi for calls, downloads etc. on both my phone and watch.

You can turn off the data but cellular connection will be active and we have an option to connect the watch via phones BT rather than using the watch as standalone LTE device. This saves battery

same number, same service. but your carrier will have to support lte wearables in your plan. I know that the only prepaid carrier to support them is visible by verizon
I tried Watch Ultra in store today. I do not know why they changed the stock band type. I still love my watch 5 pro's clip on band which has magnet and takes less effort to be put on. Yep they are "trying to work with Samsung to resolve it" bit honestly, the lack of effort on their part to keep us, those whom have reported this to them, updated is starting to get annoying. A £599.00 watch with part of its main feature not working. Also heard some Vodafone and O2 users have this same issue??

left s24u at home im on a trip for a month in europe and i am trying iphn15promax with ultra2watch...i found back home when i tested battery before trip i easily had 3 days if phn was with me this includes 1hr a day tracking a hike plus wearibg it allday allnight...i did find when i left phn at home it chewed battery way faster sobi assume apple watch ultra2 piggybacks when phn is nearby so you dont use watch lte...does samsung also piggy back on samsung phn when it is nearby so it isnt using its watch lte

Wonderful video sir! I have a peculiar problem on my watch ultra. In order to get sms notification on my watch while using the lte mode, the data needs to be turned on, on the watch and the phone. If the mobile data/wifi is turned off on either the watch or the phone, i am not able to send or receive sms's on the watch. However, if the mobile data is turned on on the watch and the phone, i am able to send and receive sms's. Kindly advice

I have airtel postpaid physical sim in s23 ultra and setup my watch 6 classic with esim. It works. You will be able to call and use data on watch irrespective of phone status. But to sms or receive notifications for apps that are only on phone, you will need the phone to be on and connected to internet. It need not be near the watch and connected with BT.

Hi, one hour run may drain the battery by 15 to 20 % with GPS rout tracking on. With that if you are using the watch it should last one full day. I will post a battery Review video soon

If you in Canada, and with Rogers. BT only... Rogers has no clue how to link two phone numbers for some reason.
