While I appreciate you putting this book up for free on RUclips, I would like to submit a critique on your intonation. Your reading voice style is sort of one note. For example, the book might read "she lowered her voice and said..." but your tone doesn't change you read the line on a single tone. You almost sound like a computer. It doesn't go quieter to match the text nor does it go up in pitch when the girl is upset, or like when Will shows up and is upset, you don't put any menace in your tone. Just a thought to help your reading voice to be more engaging.

The the narrator is the author of the book, And they make that known at the very beginning. Most definitely not an AI generated reader. Otherwise I wouldn’t have listened to any of her books. They do not generate any emotion whatsoever, and it’s always run-on sentences. No pauses and is completely monotone across the board. The narrator/author does have emotion in her different tones for each character. There is always room for improvement, but for the most part she does all right. As she is the author, she’s reading the book according to how heard it in her head as she was writing it.
Im on chapter 5 & can't count the number of times I've thought that the author needs to research rape. Too many trigger warnings are needed to get through the first 5 chapters.
Think she also narrated the Billionaire's accidental bride ( Eric Roberts and Emma Miller) love story. She sounds like. Because I listened to this audio book till episode 2026 when Eric and Emma's children grown up and took over the Roberts business. Then I got boring. Because realized that the same pattern. Hatred after hàtred and revenge after revenge because of jealousy towards Emma. And also too long.

Its's a great book love the story line but Shay is too annoying she is always thinking in her head and internalizing things that don't go how she thinks. I was annoyed with the what if!!!!!!!!!!1
