Love it that every now and then you come out with a French word. I'm not the only one that muddles my languages, every now and then I'll come out with the Irish or French word for something when we're travelling, usually the Irish! Nice choice of beer Ricky (Bohemia) for the michelada.

Hi Laurel, there are lots of new developments on the Ruta De Los Cenotes which is the road from PM to Leona Vicario so there are rentals in that area already right out in the Jungle. If you want to be in PM check for rentals in El Farro or Selva Escondida both of which are beside the jungle and you can see Parrots and Monkeys.

Ricky and I bought our bikes there and the owner is very nice. The Micheladas are so unique - sweet & sour , we really enjoy them. Woah 2 weeks is not long !! Soon you will have your toes in the Caribbean !

Yes, we live right here in Colonia. We made another video on rentals in Colonia and explain the different neighborhoods here that might be interesting to you. Yes, we lived in Haliburton County but I think you might call that ‘near North’ as you are from the Sault lol. We went through there on our way to Pancake Bay camping years ago. Hi Jennifer, for emergencies the Cities of Cancun and Playa Del Carmen are well equipped with modern hospitals with accident and emergency units. Both are approximately 25 minutes away, Cancun to the North and PDC to the South. Specialist Doctors and Surgeons will often come to the two Doctors Offices that we show in the video. They usually attend one or two days per week and you can make a pre arranged appointment to see them. Lab work can be taken right here in PM although it may be processed elsewhere. There is another Medical facility in PM in the Pescadores area that we did not show in the video but there you can also have xrays taken. Hope this answers your questions.
lol... ha ha ha Miss Raquel... after 30 yrs. speaking english (ingles) canadians still making fun of my accent .... so,, ha ha the accents never goes away,, just enjoy and laugh, when people try to undestand, what are you talking about..the diference btw mexicans and canadians ,, we dont make fun at people who try to make themself undestand, and speak the language.... you try try and keep trying,, nobody will laugh or make fun at you in mexico... enjoy mexico....
