Don't eat non-veg
Stop drinking alcohol, stop smoking, stop using tobacco , stop using any kind of drugs (these are the key factor for this skin disease)
Stop drinking cold drink
Stop drinking coffee
Stop drinking tea
Don't eat Maggie, Manchurian, chemin or fast food
Don't eat baigan
Don't eat market food, biscuits, namkeen, chips etc
Stop using facewash, shampoo, hair colour, conditioner and sopes
Control your diet by eating less food
Do not eat at last night
Take at least 8 hours of sleep
Stop eating onion and garlic
Start eating green vegetables

Start doing yoga and exercise

Only use cow ghee
Only drink cow milk
Follow the rules early to bed early to rise.
