Love the tank! You are one of the few who actually shows the tank in detail and not focusing himself in front of the camera throughout the video. We aren’t here to see the owner. Thank you!
Wow, that plant is huge! Beautiful. My daughter came in while I was half way through watching and said it looked like the Christmas fire channel where you see the guy's hand come into the screen to rearrange the fire. Lol! We also enjoyed the upbeat little piano melody. Love this tank!
Whatever Corvus says. I would just add...Rainbows and Dennisons barbs love the taste of it. Also,it does like ferts very much to get the deepest green out of it. Fast grower even with no Co2. Just trim and plant cuttings and soon have much....until the fish catch on it tastes good.
One year later....finally got a hold of some tissue cultures. I hope they don’t melt. I’m glad I found this on a google search of the plant. Thank you!
8 feet! I can't even imagine having in my home💗💚. I used my planting tweezers from you guys last week and they worked great once I got the hang of them. (I was used to planting with my fingers)
What is the shelf life on the Easy Green Fertilizer? Your videos are way better than your Live-streams. Why is that? The music was nice to listen to. Thank you for sharing. I enjoyed watching!
Corvus Oscen -Thank you! Your friend never has any of the plants I want. Even the usual plants! Why don’t they ship floating plants? Thank you for sharing! Keep it real!
I have ten of those little guys on the way. No Co2...just iron. It looks so much like Zoysia grass that's grown as a lawn in the bay area.. a no mow lawn that gets a bit lumpy like it's aquarium doppelganger.
Cool looking plant I definitely wanna try it soon thanks for the video & great info. Love the puffer like "Hey wass up man whatchu doing?" Lol. 8ft that's my next big tank!! Just bought a 135g acrylic wit sump I'm picking up Sun. Want to getta 220-240g for when I setup my fish room downstairs.
Hey friend, I'm having trouble with my stargrass. it was from a 1,2 grow Tropica called Heteranthera. anyways it was doing amazing in my tank for 3 weeks. I moved my tanks all downstairs and it was empty from water for merely a half hour. Since then, its all melting back and the leaves are turning black and falling apart. I have kept plants before that melt before they grow in like mad but I'm worried about this one because the rest of my tank is going nuts and doing great! I'm using this as a background plant in my 29 Apistogramma tank. I've been dosing easy green with root tabs all under the substrate from setup. tank has been up like a month and a half. is it possible I'm dosing too much? Do i not have enough roots stuck into the substrate? Appreciate the video & help!
Is it necessary to use CO2 with stargrass if using organic potting mix under gravel? Light would be fluval aqua sky as well as a default white strip light
Brother, I was buying plants Friday from the CooP, they were literally being sold out and removed from my cart as I was shopping....lol by the way, those plants are awesome.
Hi, how come the individual leaves are so small? I bought a tissue culture from tropica and for a year now I get leaves as long as 2 inches, still with the star formation however. Do you have a smaller variant of the species? Whilst there are so many water parameters that can impact on the size of leaf with the same plant but in 2 different aquariums, it tends to be ph and light in my view. I’m hitting 7.1 with a Fluval 3.0 so I’m thinking not different enough to have the sort of impact I’m seeing. It grows prolifically I’ll tell you that. I’ll be honest though, I prefer the plant in your tank. Cheers
Mine have leaves about 2 inches too, they grow okay, but not as well as this guys. But I'm also not that experienced or invested lol I'm gonna try and grow them to be dense in the new year

Awesome fish! I hope to build the school into more of them soon!

The shelf life is a long time, if you do not allow it to freeze or get overly cold.

It came..and looks more like Najas than star grass. Could have been grown in low light..we will see what it turns out to be.

I really enjoy the dimensions of this tank, I hope to move it somewhere that has better space for it someday!

Nice looking plant, thanks for the info about it. By the way, what is theplant behind the star grass? Is it Ludwigia repens?
That is correct! That's Ludwigia back there!

Dam cats!
Hey, chickens gotta eat💕👍
Tweezle Twazzles! 💕👍
Hey mate, what's the best time of day to dose liquid iron? Before light, after light etc. Trying to get some better red on my armania senagalensis.
I dose mine in the evening, that seems to be better uptake.
do you think this would be a option for a carpeting plant? great video as usual haha hopefully see you in Dallas for aquashella!
Great option for a carpet, you must keep it trimmed short though!
Brother, I was buying plants Friday from the CooP, they were literally being sold out and removed from my cart as I was shopping....lol by the way, those plants are awesome.
The Coop gets on some runs that are crazy, stuff sells super fast sometimes!
Do you know the scientific name for this plant? It looks so good
