@MrKillerrellik2008 I wouldn't be too sure on Cena v Rock being a title match. From what I've heard WWE think it would too obvious to everyone that Cena would win so they are going to have CM Punk in the WWE title match at Mania. My opinion is that they should make world titles "special" again by not putting the title on the line as much. Would buy rates really drop if you had every 2nd pay per view not containing a world title match? In time the prestige of world titles would return.

@sorcero12 The logic is TV14 there is more room for new material (better promos, matches, etc.) and PG has a very limited room for the things I mentioned in the parentheses. WWE used to be cut throat but they didn't use the TV14 rating accordingly that's why they went PG again. They cutback so much for money reasons and majority of the fan are under 14.
TNA on the other hand has been TV14 since day one and it it's still is today that rating. TNA incorporates more to the entertainment. Fans 14+

Impact back then never would have stood a chance against WWE. If they had remained consistent in their story telling, made good booking decisions and kept focusing on home grown stars (not to mention a champion that actually shows up and defends his title regularly; looking at you Brock Lesnar). As opposed to putting gold on the ones they got from wwe right away, and made interesting feuds. Well, had they done that, they could honestly pose a threat to WWE's #1 spot in the wrestling industry. No company is going to take over their spot right away. But with proper decision making, good investments, interesting story telling, and TIME, a company could do it. It would take 15 to 20 years for it to happen, but it could.

@sorcero12 yes, i do hate people like that. it's one thing to be a critic and have a legitimate argument, but to intentionally come back 50 million times to say "this is gay" or "wwe is better" is just a joke. i would understand if someone didn't agree with the booking or didn't like that the show was dominated by promos, but at least they were good and somewhat believable. it must have been a pretty good show to get the highest rating of the year.
@pol1407a Can't speak for the others, but I applaud better in ring performances first, better 'cruiser weight' matches, and better tag action. You can have a say against my opinion, but this is the truth. Not only I, but ratings in 'publications' agree that TNA has a better talent pool and 'offering', implying (per I) it is held back only by 'blind fan loyalty' to other more dated brands and subsequent 'effects' of that loyalty

@TheWereCreaturesDen See, in the beginning, that's where you wrong. Look at a match with Hogan in his prime, look at the crowd. All kids. Bret Hart's fanbase during his prime, all kids. Then those kids grew up, wanted something edgier, then comes the AE era. They wanted to repeat this. Use Cena to draw in those kids, wait maybe 7 years like they did in the past, and there you go. According to Vince, he can do anything with a PG rating that he could of done with TV14, except full nudity.

@tiresarecool I prefer TNA over WWE because I thought once that WWE was going to bring the attitude back, I clearly lied to myself. TNA is more WWF than WWE. Just get off the "WWE is going to be TV14 like WWF again" high horse, it's not going to happen anytime soon.

@shinobi5009 "foolish tna mark" at least i can enjoy a good professional wrestling program. i really wouldn't mind if the whole hour and a half (minus commercials) the show is on was all promos by people like angle sting roode storm hogan..they are all great on the mic and can tell stories well. THAT'S what i want. i want to be told a story. 15 minute, decently booked matches would be great. but that's not all pro wrestling is about. so stop crying SMARK, and enjoy what's given to you.
@TheWereCreaturesDen Half of that isn't logic. RAW is the #2 show on Mondays watched by males between 18-49 under Monday Night FootBall, and is the #9 show watched by children 7-15. TNA is the #12 show on Thursday watched by males 18-49, so a majority of teens makes its viewership, as of yourself. PG doesn't limit anything, Vince does. For sponsors which equals money. If TV14 means a better show than edginess means a better show. So you're implying Jersey Shore is better than Impact Wrestling.

Deep down I wonder why anyone would really care about being TNA Champion since AJ Styles got buried, RVD crashed as champion, Jeff Hardy screwed up and Mr Anderson got treated like dog's dirt in his brief title reigns. Sting is the exception: he has had a successful run as champion. Wanting to be champion is like asking to be the next person to get screwed. Be careful what you wish for list of TNA wannabes.
