Mr Jha should get the coaching Mafia regulated in Bihar. Suggestion: in the last year of primary school, all children must take an IQ test to determine their intelligence level for a further study. It would save parents a lot of money. Children of lower levels will never be able to complete high school or university. They can do practical training/skills for craftsmanship or another study at their level.
Prof. Jha is a good actor. RJD ticket is not certification of upholding congratulation and its value. The day you give lecture to your RJD boss and party about following constitution in its true spirit then it would prove. But you have your own compulsion, how can you be treator to your political boss.
