Hi James/JB, Found myself screaming at the phone today about the pricing versus finance issue 🤣🤣 If Holly increase her price from 990 to 1200, she gets 210 more income. If that was financed, and she pays the 6% finance charge, that would be a cost of 72. So she’d still be 140 up!! Or am I missing something 🤔🤔 AND, after a while, and showing some decent throughput, she could reduce the finance charge to, approx, 1/3 of that, or 2% if you prefer. Great show as ever 😎
