@alannaujac My workouts consists mainly from EMOM sets and Pyramid sets. Emom sets are 10 minutes long with 60% of my maximum reps. While with pyramids i go as high as i can. I always do super-set emom and pyramids which damages muscle way more
@alannaujacbro I’ll give the secret recipe but if you don’t RESPEVT it you’ll never have the results . Go at least 1 year on only basics ( push ups , dips , pull up , rows ) the rows are accessory exercice to balance the back horizontally . I said AT LEAST , until you really control 1000% your body weight and train EMOM AND PYRAMID LIKE BRO SAID , then go to the weighted . And know something sets and reps are done for love and muscles come after a long time but trust me the muscles are HUGE , do it for the love and you’ll get the muscles without feeling time passing
