let's go bro this is dope I'm super hyped I love this guy I've been dming him about his oppinion on different training approaches and he always replies he's super kind one of the best in the sport despite the fact that he gets a lot of negative comments about his unique training..he is a genius
To be honest I don't really like Mateo back then because I don't understand his mindset, the way how he trains, his bad form, etc... But after watching this interview now I know why he trains like that and what is the purpose why he is doing this crazy stuff. He is really a unique Calisthenics Athlete and I respect him more than before. Mateo thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience! My favorite Calisthenics Athlete are Andrea Larosa, Simonster Ata, and now Mateo Spinazzola! Hope you see this Mateo! Btw as always great interview Philipp and the entire gornation team! 🙏🙌
When I was just starting and being curious about Calisthenics, I am already seeing Matteo back then in every video watching and being inspired by my idol athlete Andrea Larosa. Back then I really not get it why he does it with ankle weights, what's his purpose or even what he wants the judges or us audience to say. I was scrolling through RUclips, but then I got into this interview. I know for a fact time is really important, and there is no such thing ad coincidence, everything haplens for a reason, and the reason is we really need this type of videos to keep us going through our goals. If there will be one key learning that I really loved with Matteo, it's the quote that he said "Do not limit yourself, if you want to do 50 pullups, enjoy the process, do not rush things and just always aim for the posibility of infinity. Thank you so much Gornation and Matteo, I would really love to visit Italy in the future and yes see the beauty within it and also do Calisthenics when I travel the whole world one day. I'll remember this day, I claim that I will be interviewed by Gornation in the future, I always have the mindset of most athletes, people tend to think this professional calisthenics athletes rush things becaude they already can do Maltese, Iron Cross, Front Levers, stuff like that. For all athletes and audiences reading my long long comment, always sink in to your mind, there is no such thing as impossible as said by Matteo, there is only possible
Spinazzola is a really complete athlete and an elite level in practically everything, but what amazes me the most are his powerful legs, perhaps the strongest in calisthenics.
@@amit4138 true but freestyle doesn’t really compare to statics in terms of strength. It takes a lot of skill and practice but static strength is leagues above freestyle strength
Thanks so much 🙏🙏🙏
🤟🙏
Thanks to you for the possibility and the knowledge & experience that you shared!
Yo, you're such a calisthenics monster!! Mad respect to you
