WHITE MOSQUE - SHYMKENT | 4K VIDEO

The Central Mosque is one of the religious sights of the city of Shymkent. The shrine, opened in May 2013 at the initiative of the Elbasy of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the direct support of the UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, is striking in its beauty and size. The object is a unique architectural complex crowned with a huge white dome, which includes a ablution hall, an imam's house and spacious prayer halls, accommodating up to eight thousand parishioners at the same time. At each of the four corners of the mosque there is one minaret-tower, from which the muezzin calls the faithful to prayer. Attracts attention and external decoration. The splendor of noble white marble used in the exterior decoration of the facade rightfully makes the building one of the main attractions of the city of Shymkent. Today the Central Mosque is one of the most visited objects of the third metropolis of Kazakhstan. The entrance here is open to people of different nationalities and religions, which makes the attraction very attractive in the eyes of tourists, as anyone can go inside and learn much more about the Muslim world
