- This is MY splits stretching routine i do daily. highly reccomend stretching for everyone. stretching is underrated and helps with mobiily. follow along if you can ;)

I started Martial Arts at age 12 (Tae Kwon Do), now at age 60 I am still doing my stretches and it still makes a big difference to my fitness and overall well being. Medical studies now say it leads to longevity in life. Hope I am still doing my stretching routine at age 110. 👍

@@handle2_790 .. i do it every once in a while but a lot of the time i’m to busy or just don’t have the motivation to do it. i do stretch a lot though and i’m getting closer

I really am grateful to see this video because I like stretching and I’m curious to know the behind the scenes so it was fun to follow along for a bit!
As for feedback, I appreciate the camera for where it’s placed a lot and I can see that you put some focus and care into that. I like the subtitles to follow along as well, and I would’ve liked the video to follow the traditional sense of a tutorial for a bit more flow instead of a talking to us kind of video at the end, which I appreciate that you bring for your short form content! Just thought I would bring this to attention if you were looking for an outsider’s perspective looking in. :) Great video and I love your work!

Good to know the stretching routine is almost the same for us! One of the most important parts are in the disclaimer yall! Consistency is the only way! Also shout out to bro for really trying to get his splits in the back!

That is really impressive. I definitely lack the body type to do splits but those techniques will probably come in handy for general stretching in my case.

Great video. I often see people getting into their forearms while attempting middle splits, I wonder whether you find your way easier or is there any other reason why you do it from your hands extended?

middle splits are THE WORST x_x I'm just working on my front splits for now with low stance, modified deep bow stance, hamstring stretches, etc. (I'm *almost* there) But I think I'm going to start incorporating some of these :) Summer is coming so it's getting easier now

Broke my knee. I almost got fat after that.
Luckily i took bio health n munition understand its 90% food 10% exercise.
So i really REALLY REALLY suggest u look up the --ZAMST-- ANKLE Things.
They are--very very very generic looking. But they are d ONLY thing had worked for my knee. U know KNEES do NOT heal. Mine did.
I was limping , could NOT walk, upon putting it on, i walking out of store. Like normal person.
It’s a Japanese--brand - using a few layer special material. WAY WAY WAY hard to tell from the ugly ass pic but its d BEST THING n ONLY thing ever worked. I have tried anything from $20-50, NIKE n all sorts. Banding all trash.

Also: look for shoes
👟 FITFLOP. (NOT Flipflop) it’s FITFLOP. --they are Usually in special stores like in CAnda u can find them in “walk on cloud” store etc. most ppl have INJURIES wear them or elders have arthritis. Ppl stop me in the street all the time where i get my shoes.
Those shoes have VERY strange soles, they have like CROC like things, but CROC is ugly, n it has a few parts in SOFT soles that are diff density, also inside it has extra FOAM INSOLE to hug ur feet 🦶 in the arche. They look NO different than ordinary shoes, but it will bounce like --butter.
I am NOT exaggerating . Just read all the reviews on the site. It can RUIN 90% running shoes for u cuz RUNNIGN shoes feels uncomfortable. --be aware they are BIG if i am size 6 i have to buy size 5. My husband is size 9.5 size 10. He had to buy size 9. They are BIG.
or THOSE Skechers slip on light weight shoes.
Also try those --SANUK-yoga mat slippers.
Also those -REEF-yoga Mat slippers .
Okay everything I SUGGESTED. None of them are like cheap. Even d slippers. But they LAST. Like i HAVE NO KNEE Pain AT ALL. Nothing. It got. Healed 8yrs later. Joints /tendons are slow. BUT I need tp do it soon, otherwise it gets worse. 5 yrs it not too late. Me I have had injury in 2011. I didnt find those good gadgets n shoes till like 2015 2016 2017. But i was Desperate. --

I think there is a HUKA shoes as well, they are VERY very soft. I dont wear them but ppl tell its d best long day walking airy shoes.
