Maybe it’s the effect of what I’m smoking, but from previous podcasts, I had understood that the goal was to lower the frequency of the vibrations of one’s mind, not to raise them, through various techniques, in order to get to the subconscious mind, where thoughts, habits, attitudes, etc. are formed and from where they can be molded to one’s deliberate desires, rather than by default… Just saying.
