  • While The Texas A&M University System is focused on responding to COVID-19, I wanted to make note of some very good news that might get overlooked amid this pandemic.
Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth leaped an unprecedented 23 positions in the national rankings of law schools released this week by U.S. News & World Report.
Our dean, Bobby Ahdieh, said the rank puts us into competition with a more prestigious category of law school.
Personally, I think the reason our law school is so successful is that we are not just training lawyers to hang up a shingle and sue somebody. Rather, we are training lawyers that businesses need.
