1. I Think that your firmware mismatch ( Please look at the end of description) 2. Did you format the SD card as FAT file system? 3. Did you check your android model name and build number 4. Wrong firmware can brick your phone. Please be careful to find the correct firmware. Please give me your android model name (eg: STK-L21MDV ) I'll try give you a firmware link. 5. If you are not comfortable any thing of that Don't try it. Thank you
