Note: NSAIDs inhibit both COX-1 and COX-2. Celecoxib selectively inhibits COX-2, which relatively maintains the gastric mucosa. Wanted to make that clear. Also, the drugs in blue are analogs (not inhibitors per se).

Thank you for the presentation. For the medications in Blue color you meant to say Analogues to Prostaglandins and Not inhibitors. Thank you for excellent teaching.

@DirtyMedicine Hey! Thanks for this video. It's very helpful. I wanna clarify something though, is carboprost a PGF2 inhibitor or PGF2aplha analogue? You mentioned in the video that carboprost inhibits PGF2 @11:37.

Hey Dirty Just wanted to make note the meds you have in Blue are all analogs and do not inhibit the meds but Mimic them. Epoprostenol prevents coag is used in pulmonary HTN as it vasodilates and prevents platelet aggregation. Carboplast increase uterine contractions. Alprostadil is a vasodialator which is the function of E2 and Dinoprostone is used to prepare the cervix for birth again a contractor. I unfortunately got a Uworld question wrong on this detail and i'm sure u didnt mean to say inhibit but just wanted to let you know

Thank you! Could you maybe do a video on drug reactions and antidotes? These are in the general pharm section of FA but can’t seem to find a resource that talks about them specifically
