In Chicago the mayor is a Democrat. The police Superintendent is appointed by city leadership. The DA is a Democrat.. The AG is a Democrat. 46 of 50 Aldermen are Democrats. Four are Independents. The issue in Chicago is not racial, it is cultural. They are also the fault of the Democratic Party.
The most recent Republican mayor of Chicago served from 1927-1931.
Please, let's not forget the approximately 2470 black Americans who have been murdered, in Chicago, since George Floyd was killed.
95% were killed by other black Americans.

Elders have no say so in the blsck community because the music runs the community which comes from the streets. So the streets run the community and what they say goes. The new trend in hip hop is getting the most bodies. And that’s what’s happening. These young kids feel like they are legends in killing.
Look up the documentary on King Von. The first serial killer in hip hop. 7 murders under his belt. And might I add his kids mother is a Captain in the US army. So the other issue is that the women support the destruction of the community as well. To learn more about that look at the movie Chiraq.
