I love that your kids are not so spoiled that they truly enjoy the kindness of giving no matter what. Sadly I see kids now a days that would toss these type gifts to the side with no appreciation and its quite sickening to see the entitlement that surrounds those type of children anymore. So to see your family truly appreciate even the smallest gestures is amazing and a blessing of hope for others to follow suit. Thank you for being such great role models.
I look forward to The Gift Exchange all year, but this time around it was extra special! How thoughtful of Elise and Isaac to go the extra mile! And I'm going to be honest - there are no better presents than 1) homemade, and 2) your time, be it acts of service or - the best!! - quality time together. That's really, really, really awesome! But of course all the kids did an amazing job choosing the gifts, as Kendra said - showing how mindful they are of each other, how observant and kind. Even Janae did really well! You guys are the best and this is a beautiful tradition. 💛🧡❤️💜💙💚
