the stalker despawning is not actually the stalker literally despawning, theres a glitch where stalkers just randomly float away really slow. I lost like 30 stalkers back in the day, once i caught a stalker flying away and whistled it back lol. so basically they float away until they reach border, them they fall down randomly somewhere on the map. you probably wont ever find them again.

Not at all, regular ping, something around 40/50 usually. Not the best ping, but lagging is usually the server fault itself
