Updating wisecat.net (getting my own house in order)

In this video, I walk the walk and upgrade my own Moodle (wisecat.net) from Moodle 4.1 to 4.3 (stopping by 4.2 on the way). There's a bit of backup stuff, git stuff, some file permissions management, plugin management (updates) and everything going surprisingly smoothly for a WiseCat video.
Remember, always take backups! The main type of backup you need here is a dump of the database BEFORE updating anything. That's how you make it possible to go back if it doesn't go smoothly.
