Contact City officials to ask them to contact companies to get you more modern equipment..and also to appeal to people use trash dumpsters for trash .and the city could put them there and empty them every week or 2...great job !!

Their indifferent because that is their trash you found and they are embarrassed now it's for everyone to see what and how they vandalized their own sidewalks.
to be fair the city does not provide a household garbage collection so the residents have to dispose of their rubbish however they can .Only businesses have a trash pick up.Perhaps the residents should just put their rubbish next to the shopkeepers bins.

Как обычно, мы чистим траву, сортируем неорганические отходы в мусор, затем выбрасываем траву и органические отходы на пустырь для разложения. Я не выбрасываю траву в мусор, потому что это будет перегружено и затруднительно для сборщиков мусора. Мы можем внести лишь небольшую часть, чтобы помочь сообществу.
