How to Make a Content Spinner in WebForms

In this WebForms episode we're letting our users know that they have to wait by putting a spinner on screen and also "greying out" the rest of the screen so that users cannot click on other buttons or start other processes while the spinner is activated. This is very handy for helping to let users know that processes are ongoing and they have to wait until the system is ready. Since VB + WebForms is already integrated with the latest Bootstrap controls, adding a spinner uses all built-in tech. Let's go!
