Bro have you ever heard about CTC the package 18-20 LPA is CTC (Cost to Company) it's include many component like joining bonus , certain amount of money for stocks which employees have to invest in the company and taxes along with allowance are included and the inhand Salary become 70-80k per month in mega cities like Mumbai, Bangalore,Delhi , Hyderabad etc ,Whereas Legal consultant,Legal Team or Legal advisor donot have to bear this all but have to pay some taxes only ,I hope you will understand the reality of those packages .
