My oh my, I love pork, but I have a serious soft spot for beef (and lamb!). Especially short ribs; the fat and gelatinous bits make it one of my favorites. And if there are any leftovers (doubtful!), I see grilled cheese and short rib sandwiches in my future. Thanks Marion!

Well, Jamie Oliver is a celeb chef, and it's quite hard to argue about his fame and success. Dude pretty much just puts whatever into his recipes, as long as it tastes good or is gonna make his food taste good, it's going in. So yeah, I totally support your decision to chuck ketchup into your braising liquid~

Looks amazing!!! After you skim the fat off the sauce, I would reduce it a little and put a splash of Bourbon in it before boiling it some. Yum!!

aside from the ribs, that paper towel fat removal hack is a good trick!!!!
If you want extra sticky, add some of that leftover sauce with honey in a pan and heat it up. Nice and sticky 👌🏼
