Whenever I watch this kind of videos I feel amazed to see how much stuff people have. And don't get me wrong, I have a lot too ~ more than I need! But I think back to my childhood and how much my mom had ~ her makeup and makeup tools fitted in one makeup bag, and she had some hairspray and maybe just one perfume at a time... And that was normal. Times have really changed! I'd have enough makeup, perfume and haircare products for many years! lol Makes me want to downsize? Only have what you need and use....
Right! My mom was the same and still is.
I got into the perfume game in October 2022 and have amassed so many perfumes since then... Now I have reached the point where I'm thinking that enough is enough and I really need to downsize. It's honestly weighing on my brain knowing how many things I own. So I feel you!
Which is not to say that anyone else has to be this way - whatever works for everyone! I enjoy videos like this because they help me see many things which I don't have and live vicariously through the other person :)
I think it's a form of hoarding. I'm guilty of it too. BUT.... I enjoy my collections immensely. They bring me joy. I dust everything for fun LOL 😂
@@jaxxmariecambridge5212I agree. My collections bring me joy as well. I hang out in my room and smell all my perfumes and reorganize my handbags and try on my shoes and clothes, play with my makeup. My room is definitely one of my favorite hobbies.

Yes! My "beauty room" is really just my bedroom but realistically it's more my room than my partners 😂 he has his own little room that all his stuff is in, and I also find myself wandering into my room all the time just to sniff my perfumes and swatch makeup products 😂😂

9:52 i beg you ksenja- please do a five minute review of the weleda body butter. Ppl say some celebrities use it, and every now and then i watch a really good review abt! Ppl that feel that the weleda cream is too heavy usually like the body butter best! Counter intuitive ik- but i need to know your opinion even if it was a short, will it be in your “moisturizers collection “? Give it a go, just a thought

Omg looks like my makeup and I have no excuse! I did not work at a makeup store lol!! About 6 years ago I got into RUclips and watching makeup videos which I never wore makeup before…well Rarely ever! I ended up with drawers like yours, not as much but pretty close. Now when I look at it I feel a little disgusted with how much I spent…couple years later I became a perfume collector and now a luxury goods collector! I need to stop lol! But at least I sell perfume and bags to make up for my crazy hobbies!
