    *Works well for a DIY home improvement job **MyBest.Tools** A little sloppy in the cut. Water reservoir is too small. Cut one 20" tile - time to refill.*

    Hi, love your content! What's the name of the blue adjustable square you used in this video?

    So the tile saw I learned on for cutting tile back in 96 was a target. But today I need a new saw for up to a 48" plank I really like the water less saw and the ripping fences looking awesome. I'll look at your video to find the name of the waterless saw. Thanks again for your hard work we all appreciate it. 👍👍👍💯💯

    Do you find your cuts drift when doing mitres and have to adjust tile to accommodate? I've given up because of this and just do by hand.

    Mr. Landberg, I like a "smooth cut" I'm more concerned with accurate cut esp when cutting miters. How do you see them compare?

    Why do you have the stands backwards?

    Every Dewalt I've had would start cutting out in less than a year. If the delta lasts and is 200 cheaper plus it comes with a gravity stand. Im all for it. The older I get the more I enjoy saws that roll. Lol

      I just did 700 sq ft of 3/4" porcelain pavers with a 15 year old dewalt, it still cuts true

    I have a few questions. First, it says dewalt on the stand in which the delta was on. So, is that because it actually will come on that if I were to pick one up, or you put it on that yourself? If it comes with a delta brand stand, how does that compare in height then? would it also affect your width you listed of only fitting in 36" doorways?
    My second question/concern is that I see you used the delta cut fence for both saws. Is this because the dewalt doesn't come with one, or the delta is just superior?
    Third, how is the water containment and cleaning for the delta? I know dewalts are usually fantastic, and there have been gripes on the delta 7" for being not great with containment. But, how does the delta 10" contain the water, as well as how easy is it to clean?
    Lastly, how are the 'intangibles'? Ex: adjustment knob comparisons, blade changes, water pump, water directing, fence storage, weight, storage space when not in use... All these, and more, are things I take into consideration when looking to buy a new saw.
    I appreciate all the reviews you have done, but just find the true detail lacking.
    Looking forward to answers, and more great content, thanks!

    Quick tip: throw a plastic liner into the water tray and cleanup takes half the time. Cut a hole to drain. Roll up and trash it

    If you had an option to have only one tile saw which one it was going to be your choice? IQ-Dewalt or Delta??? I’m in the market to get one and I truly would appreciate another opinion!!!
    Also thank you for putting so much time to educate and review all this products!!! I think we all appreciate that!!!
    God bless you!!!

      Dewalt is King! 7" Delta is good because of the small size, light weight and gravity stand. IQ is great if you don't want to deal with messy or cold water. Appreciate the last line you wrote, I'll keep trying to do a good job!

    Hate to be a critic but I've been using my MK101 since 2002 when i bought it brand new, I've only replaced the switch once 2 years ago from turning it on and off 22 million times. Never had a break down. It cuts flawless, has a real belt driven motor compared to the loud gear driven skill saw with a tile blade attached. Its like using a smooth running Ferrari compared to a pickup truck with bad suspension. Yep my MK101 cannot cut a 24x48 tile, so what. But anything 12x24 or smaller you don't have a chance. I also can't tilt the motor on a MK101 either but who wants chipped miters anyways. Just make sure the customers are buying the proper tile parts if possible. Nothing wrong with those new fancy tile saws but they are NOT professional saws.

      @Hugh-Jorgan 3 года назад +1

      Your crazy. My delta saw doesn't do chipped mitres. Also I've never drifted on my rip cuts either. My delta is 10x's more professional than your old dated mk. Threw my mk away years ago when the crappy guide rails with their slop and bumps were fuckinv up my cuts. Was shocked when I got my delta and realized how crappy my old mk really was. Also I'm more efficient with my delta. It's way cleaner so I can cut right by my work area and I can lay out and make my cut faster right at the saw. Also sets up quickly after I roll it where it's getting used. When your mk bites the dust and you get a new saw your gonna ask yourself why you waited. Stoneage.

    • @DumbCarGuy
      @DumbCarGuy 3 года назад +2

      @@Hugh-Jorgan good to know that you've had nothing but problems with yours. Sounds like operator error to me, tossing it around abuse and just plain old neglect. I've had nothing but flawless work with mine for 18 years now. Maybe you could explain better why I would throw away a saw that's flawless still for another one. Now your insisting I toss it away and buy a delta just because you say so. LOL. Now that's funny. Make me.
