I’m seeing stalls 5 months post op but I know why. I’m not executing my plan. And I’m definitely not doing the 1 hour of exercise. Time to kick it into gear. Thanks for the reminders!

I’m 2 years post op gastric bypass I only lost 72 lbs and already regained 7 lbs 😥 😞 I don’t understand if people loose 100-120 lbs I hit a stall and never lost more weight am I going to loose more but slower ? I feel fat still I feel I need maybe a therapist 😢

I think therapy would be very beneficial as well as drinking half your weight in water ounces so if your 200lbs drink 100oz a day and it should kick start your weight loss.

What are you eating? Are you drinking your calories? Are you eating sliders? Do you exercise at all? Are you measuring your food? Do you hit your protein and water goals? Are you drinking water? Are you eating excessive amounts of carbs? All of this is a part of the success or lack thereof otherwise you might want to discuss a revision to a duodenal switch

Depends on the type of surgery you had and how much excess weight you truly had to lose .

This is great! I took notes! Are you able to make a video to help with stalls?

There are plenty of low to no impact exercises you can do with a bad knee. That's a cop out. And if you're using excuses you probably didn't/aren't following the diet either.
