I remember watching miss spider, Gerald mcboing boing, Maggie and the ferocious beast, total drama island, Johnny test, rocket monkeys, and wayside. Those were teletoon originals that I watched in the USA.
I went to Quebec and still saw English Teletoon in 2018.

Wow, I've seen parts of this channel back in 2015 while I was visiting my Filipino-Canadian relatives there in Canada (in the Toronto metropolitan area), but I never grew up with this, as I'm also from the US. Though, Teletoon (Canadian English TV channel) programming aired on Nickelodeon (Nick Jr. block), Noggin, Nick Jr. TV channel, Disney XD, Qubo, Discovery Kids (later The Hub, Hub Network, now Discovery Family), PBS Kids, and Cartoon Network in the US.
Like for example Caillou aired on PBS Kids, TDI (Inspiration for BFDI), 6teen and Grojband aired on Cartoon Network and Jimmy Too Shoes and Camp Lakebottom aired on Disney XD
Such a shame that Teletoon is now Cartoon Network
(Keep in mind I am American)
But what Corus should have done instead is just keep Teletoon

6:59 That logo doesn't belong to Teletoon+, it's actually from another Teletoon+ owned by Canal+. Don't be confused because what I'm about to tell you is quite interesting. There is a Teletoon in French in Canada, there used to be one in English which is no longer around, there is a Télétoon+ in France and a TeleToon+ in Poland, both owned by divisions of Canal+. And lastly, there is the Teletoon service in Canada. Got confused? I knew you would!

I never grew up with it for the same reason you did Medora but we did get 4 of there shows. Johnny Test, Maggie and the Ferocious Beast, Total Drama Island and 6teen.

I just wanna be clear on something. The image you showed to represent the "Teletoon +" streaming logo is the WRONG one.
The one who showed is the logo of TéléTOON + in Polonia which is a whole other channel that has no link with Teletoon canada.
Also TéléTOON + Polonia is it self a dubbed version of TéléTOON + that IS the actual french channel. TéléTOON + in france (not in Québec) is the original teletoon since it came in 1996 haha.
I just wanted to tell you about this since im sad that people still mistake both tv brand. Oh and by the way. Nice video !
I wonder around when you started learning French for your videos...maybe if I ever do a look at international WDHV branches, I might learn a bit of each native language I cover...that would be silly, but totally worth it.

Just checked the schedule for Boomerang CA. There’s little variety, with the shows being repeated like 3/4 times.
Dunno why Teletoon had to die for basically another rerun channel, but corporations are corporations I guess.
