Question though. How do you activate low power auto-unlock mode? I tried swiping the manager card 9 times but at the fifth swipe it beeps a few times. Nothing happens on the ninth swipe. Guest cards are not erased so I don’t think it entered Auto Unlock mode.
What is the small cable for?
It was a little flimsier than I expected. I had to add a 2x2 piece of wood to the bottom on the rear side in order to stabilize it better ruclips.net/user/postUgkxXTh-lz-8W6GcB219vTLp27-MxbZYObBX . It is also starting to bow a little at the outer wall ( I've had it up for about 6 months), I've already had a shelf tumble down because of the bow and the fact that the little shelf brackets are quite short. I went out to home depot and got some longer ones so that the shelves don't tumble down again. Overall, it looks very nice for the price and it holds a lot ( I use it as a pantry). I am very satisfied with my purchase. I just strongly suggest reinforcing it before putting it up.
When the lock is installed on the cabinet door as in the video, how do you secure the emergency cable in the door? You need to plug a USB cable into it that is connected to an external power source.
I have a heavy cabinet door, will it push that open?

Could you please clarify a doubt for me? Can someone else, using their own master card, also unlock other people's locks? If yes, then this type of lock has a very low security level and is not suitable for protecting access to valuable objects! Thanks in advance for your reply!

It's under a little spring tension but it's not gonna open the door by any means. Add a hydraulic arm to get that auto open. Plenty on Amazon to fit ur needs

What is the battery dies on you before you change it
I need some help, mine is making some sound like jingle bell song, when i put the tag near it but it doesnt want to open.
The device will unlock itself when the battery voltage is too low, preventing it from permanently locking
@@Caseys_Yaris_that_could, I had something really funny happen, the black lockbox made some ticking sound, then I waited one more day. The following day, it didn't make any more sounds, so I thought the battery died, then I took the RFID tag and scanned, it didn't work, nothing happened, I pull open the door, it didn't work, then I was about to give up, and I said " I give up, will you please open, do I need to say a magic word? like open sesame? ", and then took the RFID tag and scan on the door, and it made the unlock sound and I pulled the door and it opened. My mom and I were shocked, as we tried to open the lock for so many days. I checked on the battery connections, there were some blueish marks on it, seems like the battery leaked out.

You can jam a pen up in the hole and jimmy it open with that it’s a super dumb hack but works every time
It won close anymore, it'll stays opened. I bought one a year ago and that's what happened when I forgot to charge it.
So, how do I use the power cord when it's mounted on the door? LOL
The unit I recently received (may have different/revised firmware) accepts/requires *2* admin cards. The first *2* cards can add cards to the system any time they are swiped. Keep this in mind...

I changed the batteries and now the card won't open it. How do i get the lock to open? Obviously the code was wiped.

When the battery in the unit becomes too low it will unlock itself, to prevent permanently locking
