For the Garlic Shrimp #Recipe you'll need...
4-6 large shrimp
6 cloves garlic
2 1/2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon thyme
2 birds eye pepper (optional)
14/ teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 sprigs thyme
2 lemon (divided)
1 scallion

yea they're big yea.. the lobster tails I had in a previous recipe was smaller I think

yes, place a lid on to help steam cook it thoroughly
Prepare lobsters in same way. But then grill it in a charcoal BBQ.. 😂
that charcoal will add a lovely additional flavor (it's minus 21 c here at the moment, so no bbq for me)
