Near 60k hits * 20 hits on non moving target, more if you have ascension. Yeah that's near 2 mil damage from just the burst alone. *That's a lotta damage*. Obv can't crit every hit, but the ceiling is still pretty awesome.

You're better off pulling for shenhe, midsplitter is a general improvement but the problem is that weapons banner requires a higher wish count to guarantee the weapon you want starting at 0 pity. Worst case you'd need 270 wishes if you are really unlucky against the 180 on the character banner if not guaranteed.
