He is one of the best DPS we’ve had in a long time. He is very low effort, his BiS for F2P is a three star sword, his both best Artifacts are together in the same domain so even farming is relatively easier. He becomes good real fast even with only medium good Artifacts because of his internal stacks, he becomes even better when paired with another dendro character. Overall I definitely think he is up there in one of the best DPS’s of the game.

If only he could activate it while in air. It would just make it feel much more fluent and fun to jump off a cliff then TP into some enemies near the ground and mess them up.
sadly Genshin's aerial combat isn't as dynamic as APHO, if you may remember, Diluc & Eula can cast their Elemental Burst or Skills while midair during their 1st Story Quest Cinematic Fight but as of now only Xiao & Kazuha's allowed to still cast their E while midair.
