Just had a look at the comments section and oh god every one is having one or other skin issues/related questions. Really the derm education in this country need to be rationalised and Dr Anchal is on that path. Thank yoc doc for trying to educate everyone in this space. The market is flooded with variety of products and it becomes confusing for even a seasoned skin care person.
The secret is good light camera angle and different light even rani Mukherjee once said that you can do whole film 📽️ without makeup. She said I have done Tamil movie without makeup and learnt only camera light is enough to enhance face features with lighter skin tone effect ... Todays there are so many filters apps which give you fairer look. Thanks Dr ...
All people are good, everyone's skin tone is good whether they are dark or fair First of all we will have to understand that we should not change our skin by using any fairness cream Because whatever we are we are good We have to make our skin healthy, we have to take care of it It is important that we pay attention to our skin instead of adopting any other method to become fair....✨♥️

Mam meri skin childhood me bohot zyada dry thi. But now I am 24yr ab meri skin summer oily and winter me Dry ho jati hai. To mujhe apna exect skin type nahi pata to me apni skin ke hisab se konsa skincare follow Karu oily, ya dry ya phir weather changes ke saath skincare change Karu ? Apne apne ek video me normal skin ke liye sirf gel based hi moisturizer, sunscreen use karna chahiye varna acne hone ka khatra rehta hai me winter ke liye cream based use Karu ya gel based ? Pls suggest me best face wash , serums, moisturizer, sunscreen. And kya dot & key ka vitamin C and E moisturizer me use kar sakti hu pls batayega.
My legs are fair but due to sun burn my face and arm too much dark😢 as your recomendation i am using glyco 6, sunscreen spf 50 and de-Tan face wash but i cant remove Tan , pls mam make a Video for excessive tanning.....😊

It's the only truth and there's no way to make a dark skin and o light but can go brighter by 1-2 shades

not at the time of using benzoyl peroxide a sit can be very irritating on the skin.

make sure to sue a cram with kojic acid or glycolic acid to reduce tanning.
You may add Azeliac or tranexamic as well

Doctor I want to confirm something so I went to my nearest dermatologist which was in apex hospital jaipur and I went to the the dermatologist because I was having acne from more than 3 years but I didn't tell this to the derm I just said that I have acne and the doctor looked at my acne and asked me how many times I wash my scalp and than after telling me that I have to wash my scalp daily and told me that I need to get laser treatment I am 16 btw and the derm told me after the treatment that I have to wash my face with normal tap water and apply the nicotinamide cream the she have prescribed me and most shocking of all she also told me to not apply anything except the gel she prescribed me even she said that dont have to apply a sunscreen.And now after some hours the acne they have bursted and used laser on are again filled with wbcs and are looking normal again.And I am just thinking did she suggested to apply nothing on face because of the laser treatment or anything else.I want to know if that doctor did right or not and your views on this.
It can be a monopoly but if you have deep acne scars then idk she might be right! But every dermatologist are human and they all can make mistake.

whole body but mostly areas exposed to sun. as clothing doesn't 100% block UV rays.
