As a Florida resident where we already have school choice… I can say school choice has changed my family’s life. Not just my child’s education but our lives as a family. So grateful for the choice to send my child where he will receive the best education and be safest 🙏 🙏 🙏
I’m in Fl resident and school choice is not what I thought it was. I still cannot have my kid go to the school in the better neighborhood. They are maxed out. And they do not take any kids outside the school zone. So you’re not telling the full truth
@@r.dennison5042 I am telling the full truth it has been extremely beneficial we haven’t had that issue and we’ve done it twice after moving. My son is also disabled so they have smaller classes in general but yes there are limits to how many students can be in a class room to a certain amount of teachers.. i’d say the next thing would be getting our teachers paid more

I'm waiting for schools to get to teaching legible handwriting and words that are age appropriate. My grandchild was a honor roll student, now 1 grade later he's struggling. I think GOOD teachers need to be hired and paid better IF they are actively looking to teach.

I suppose fixing schools may be beyond fixing, teachers have swallowed that they are so smart, rather than indoctrinated and too close to the situation to know, but I wish we didn't have to divide up, but we have to have REAL ACADEMICS taught and I mean Taught, not ignoring those who don't come knowing.
Bring back shop classes and home economics -practical knowledge and lifeskills instead of indoctrination.
